Music Live Remix

Music Live Remixing is a free music station live on the net intended for intense remixes to give a great excite to the listeners and to bring joy to each other.

A remix is a piece of media that has been altered or contorted from its original state by adding, removing, or changing components. A remix can be a song, a piece of artwork, a book, a video, a poem, or a photograph. The only distinguishing feature of a remix is that it appropriates and modifies other materials to create something new.

Remixes are most commonly used as a subset of audio mixing in music and song recordings. Songs can be remixed for a variety of reasons, including:
  • to modify or revise a song for radio or nightclub use
  • to produce a stereo or surround sound version of a song when none previously existed
  • to enhance the fidelity of an older song whose original master has been lost or deteriorated
  • to change a song to fit a particular music genre or radio format
  • to employ some of the same materials, allowing the song to reach a new audience
  • to make changes to a song for artistic purposes
  • to make available additional versions of a song for use as bonus tracks or as a B-side, for example, when a CD single may contain a total of four tracks
  • to establish a link between a lesser-known and a more successful artist, as was the case with Fatboy Slim's remix of Cornershop's "Brimful of Asha"
  • to improve the song's first or demo mix, in order to ensure a professional product
  • to provide a different version of a song
  • to enhance a song beyond its original state
Edits, which usually involve shortening a final stereo master for marketing or broadcasting purposes, should not be confused with remixes. Another distinction to be made is between a remix, which recombines audio fragments from a recording to create an altered version of a song, and a cover, which is a re-recording of another person's song.

While audio mixing is one of the most well-known and well-known forms of remixing, it is not the only media form that is remixed in a variety of ways. Literature, film, technology, and social systems are all examples of remix.
